Effective date: August 24, 2026 · Replaces the version dated August 2, 2026
Marble Inc. is a mobile game for iOS and Android developed by
Yucel Aycicek ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the
game collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest.
1. Data We Collect
Anonymous identifiers. A random Firebase account ID and a
device identifier. These are not linked to your name or email — the game has
no account registration.
Game progress. Your save data (levels, upgrades, currency)
is stored in Google Cloud Firestore so progress can be restored if you
reinstall or change devices.
Analytics events. Gameplay events (level-ups, purchases,
session length) via Firebase Analytics and GameAnalytics, used to improve
the game.
Crash diagnostics. Crash reports and device state at the
time of a crash, via Firebase Crashlytics.
Device information. Device model, operating system version,
language, time zone, screen size and IP address, collected with the data above.
Purchase history. Which in-app products you bought, so we can
restore them. Payment itself is processed entirely by Apple or Google —
we never see your payment details.
Advertising identifier (with your permission). See
“Advertising and Tracking” below.
2. Advertising and Tracking
Marble Inc. shows optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads,
served through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation, which may
deliver ads from partner networks including Unity Ads and
Google AdMob. We also use the Meta (Facebook) SDK
to measure how well our ad campaigns work (install attribution and app events).
On iOS, the game asks for permission through Apple's App
Tracking Transparency prompt before your advertising identifier (IDFA) is
used. If you decline, you still get ads — they are simply not personalized,
and campaign measurement falls back to Apple's privacy-preserving,
aggregate SKAdNetwork system.
Ad partners may process your advertising identifier, IP address and device
information to select and cap ads, prevent fraud, and measure performance,
under their own policies:
ironSource ·
Unity ·
Google ·
Meta
You can change your choice anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security →
Tracking, or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings.
3. What We Do Not Do
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise
location, or any other sensitive personal information.
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not use Facebook Login or post anything on your behalf — the Meta SDK
is used only for ad measurement.
4. In-App Purchases
All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We
never receive your card number or billing details. For refund requests, please
use Apple's or Google's refund process; for missing items, contact us.
5. Third-Party Services
The game uses: Google Firebase (Analytics, Authentication, Cloud Firestore,
Crashlytics, Remote Config), GameAnalytics, Unity LevelPlay / ironSource,
Unity Ads, Google AdMob, Meta (Facebook) SDK, Apple App Store and Google Play
services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy, linked above where
relevant.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Save data is kept so you can return to your game. Deleting the app removes all
locally stored data. To delete your cloud save and associated identifiers, email
us at yucelaycicek@gmail.com from any
address and include your in-game profile info; we will remove the data and
confirm.
7. Children
Marble Inc. is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly
collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided data
through the game, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, the new version will be published at this address
with an updated effective date. Meaningful changes (for example, new data types
or new partners) will be reflected in the app's store listing privacy details
as well.
